摘　　要：[研究目的]顺应数智化转型升级潮流,由数智驱动视角进一步完善标准情报服务的相关理论体系,有助于理解数智赋能标准情报服务创新的价值意蕴,明晰推进情报服务高质量发展的着力点。[研究方法]在阐述数智化时代对标准情报服务现实影响的基础上,对数智赋能标准情报服务创新的内涵要义与特征表现予以分析。结合服务创新理论对数智赋能标准情报服务创新的内在逻辑展开探讨,并对其具体实现路径进行思考。[研究结论]数智赋能下的标准情报服务创新历经自价值诉求到价值实现的层级跃迁过程,涵盖新服务理念、新顾客界面、新服务传递系统和技术选择四个维度,经由服务数据化、数据服务化和再循环三个阶段得以实现,据此提出相应的效能提升策略。[Research purpose] Following the trend of data-intelligence transformation and upgrade and further improving the relevant theoretical system of standard intelligence service from the data-intelligence driven perspective are helpful to understand the value implication of data and intelligence empowering innovation of standard intelligence service,and clarify the focus of promoting high-quality development of intelligence service.[Research method] On the basis of explaining the actual impact of the data-intelligence era on the standard intelligence service,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the data and intelligence empowering innovation of standard intelligence service.Combined with the service innovation theory,it discusses the intrinsic logic of data and intelligence empowering innovation of standard intelligence service and explores its concrete realization path.[Research conclusion] The innovation of standard intelligence service under the data-intelligence empowerment has undergone a transition from value appeal to value realization,covering four dimensions:new service concept,new customer interface,new service delivery system and technology selection,via three stages of service dataization,data serviceization and recirculation,and corresponding efficiency improvement strategies are proposed accordingly.
