摘　　要：随着5G和卫星网络新技术的不断发展成熟以及国家卫星互联网战略布局,如何结合5G专网及多类型卫星系统特性在应急等场景应用是研究的重要议题。梳理了当前应急业务需求及痛点、近年卫星通信和5G专网技术发展背景和特点,提出一种5G专网协同多卫星系统在应急业务领域应用的方案模式,并详细阐述了其架构、各部分功能以及关键实现设备的技术点。最后对该融合协同网络应用愿景、意义进行了描绘,并给出了运营商业务发展建议。With the development and maturity of 5G and satellite network technology,and the strategic layout of national satellite Internet,how to combine the characteristics of 5G private network and multi-type satellite system in emergency scenario is an important research topic.The current emergency service needs and pain points,the background and characteristics of satellite communication and the development of 5G private network technology in recent years are summarized.A scheme of 5G private network cooperative multi-satellite system application in emergency service field is proposed,and the architecture,functions of each part and the technical points of key implementation devices are described in detail.In the end,it describes the vision and significance of the application,and gives some suggestions for the operators to develop their business.
