摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,生产线对自动化程度的要求越来越高。保障生产安全、可靠、减小劳动强度,实现高效率生产是企业生存和发展必须解决的问题。文章针对工厂工艺单元生产线生产需求,设计了基于PLC和无线网络的生产线监控系统。该系统以SIMATIC S7-1200PLC系列为主体,通过交换机将PLC和无线网络接入生产主干环网,远程维护主机能够访问工艺单元中的PLC,从而在线监视对工艺单元PLC的变量。With the development of science and technology,the production line has higher and higher requirements for automation.Ensuring production safety,reliability,reducing labor intensity and realizing efficient production are the problems that must be solved for the survival and development of enterprises.According to the production requirements of the factory process unit production line,this paper designs a production line monitoring system based on PLC and wireless network.The system is based on SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC series.The PLC and wireless network are connected to the production backbone ring network through the switch.The remote maintenance host can access the PLC in the process unit,so as to monitor the variables of the process unit PLC online.
