摘　　要：目的:围绕发展战略、科技研发、产业发展、营养健康等领域解读大食物观,探索新时代背景下大食物观的具体内涵及实现路径。方法:借助文献研究,梳理“大食物观”的内涵演变,剖析“大食物观”的内在要义。结果:粮食安全是大食物观的坚实保障,营养健康是大食物观的现实需求,生态文明是大食物观的客观要求。结论:贯彻大食物观要求我们在保障农产品数量安全的同时,既要满足民众对质量的期待,也要实现生态友好的环境价值。Objective To interpret the connotation of“Greater Food”approach around developing strategies,R&D,industrial development,and nutrition&health to explore the specific interpretation and implementation routes of“Greater Food”approach in the new era.Method With the help of literature research,this paper sorted out the connotation evolution of“Greater Food”approach and analyzed its intrinsic meaning.Result Food security is the solid guarantee for the“Greater Food”approach.Nutrition&health is the practical demand of the“Greater Food”approach.Ecological civilization is the objective requirement of the“Greater Food”approach.Conclusion Implementing the“Greater Food”approach requires us to ensure the safety of agricultural products in quantity,meet people's expectations for quality,and achieve eco-friendly environmental value.
