摘　　要：目的 :构建无陪护医院住院患者护理安全评价指标体系,为无陪护医院护理安全管理评价提供参考标准。方法 :基于物理-事理-人理方法论,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、焦点小组会议和德尔菲法,确立无陪护医院住院患者护理安全评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果 :2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.926和0.938,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.194和0.237(P<0.001)。最终形成的无陪护医院住院患者护理安全评价指标体系包含3个一级指标、13个二级指标、39个三级指标。结论:构建的无陪护医院住院患者护理安全评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和实用性,内容全面,可为无陪护医院住院患者的护理安全管理提供参考,为推动无陪护医院发展提供护理安全保障。Objective:To construct a nursing safety evaluation index system for inpatients in unaccompanied hospitals,and to provide reference standards for the evaluation of nursing safety management in unaccompanied hospitals.Methods:Based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)system approach,through literature review,semi-structured interviews,focus group meetings and Delphi method,a nursing safety evaluation index system for inpatients in unaccompanied hospitals was established.The final indicators weight were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires were both 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.926 and 0.938,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.194 and 0.237(P<0.001).The final nursing safety evaluation index system for inpatients in unaccompanied hospitals includes 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The established nursing safety evaluation index system for inpatients in unaccompanied hospitals is scientific and practical,and the content is comprehensive.It can provide reference for the nursing safety management of inpatients in unaccompanied hospitals,and provide nursing safety guarantee for promoting the development of unaccompanied hospitals.
