摘 要:缺血性脑卒中已成为影响国人健康的主要“杀手”,缺血性脑卒中的病因,往往可能由于颈动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂、脱落,栓子进入脑部血管所致。及时有效地检出颈动脉易损斑块对预防缺血性脑卒中意义重大。目前,超声医师缺口大,医疗资源分布不均是有效开展颈动脉超声检查的主要难题。发展智慧医疗,将人工智能技术应用于颈动脉超声检查中,可有效提高优质医疗资源利用率,提升基层医疗技术诊断准确率,预测缺血性脑卒中,改善患者预后。该文就人工智能技术在颈动脉超声检查中的应用进展做一综述。Ischemic stroke has become main"killer"that affects the health of Chinese people.The cause of ischemic stroke is often due to the rupture and dislodgement of atherosclerotic plaque in the carotid artery and the entry of emboli into the cerebral vasculature.Timely and effective detection of vulnerable carotid plaques is of great importance in the prevention of ischemic strokes.Currently,a large shortage of ultrasound physicians and uneven distribution of medical resources are main challenges in effective carotid ultrasound examinations.The development of smart medicine and the application of artificial intelligence technology to carotid ultrasound can effectively improve the utilisation of high-quality medical resources,enhance the accuracy of primary care technology,predict ischemic stroke and improve the prognosis of patients.This paper provides a review of the progress in the application of artificial intelligence technology in carotid ultrasonography.
