摘 要:针对钢铁企业生产过程中在岗人员多、影响因素多和事故危害性极大的特点,以钢铁企业常发生的安全事故类型为切入点,归纳总结出4个一级指标和12个二级指标,构建了钢铁企业风险评价指标体系;引入熵权法确定各指标的权重,结合物元可拓理论建立了适用于钢铁企业的熵权物元综合评价模型;以河南省某炼钢厂为例,进行了实例应用。结果表明:该炼钢厂风险等级为Ⅱ级,属于中风险等级,与实际情况基本一致。说明该模型可以应用于钢铁企业风险评价。In view of the characteristics of the large number of on-duty personnel,many influencing factors and great accident hazards in the production process of iron and steel enterprises,the type of safety accidents that often occur in iron and steel enterprises was taken as the starting point,4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators were summarized,and a risk evaluation index system for iron and steel enterprises was constructed.The entropy weight method was introduced to determine the weight of each index,and the comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight material elements applied to iron and steel enterprises was established in combination with the theory of material elements extension theory.A steelmaking plant in Henan Province was taken as an example,and an example application was carried out.The results show that the risk level of the steelmaking plant is Grade II.and It belongs to the medium risk level.It is basically consistent with the actual situation.It proves that the model can be applied to the risk assessment of iron and steel companies.
