摘　　要：《中华人民共和国档案法》明确提出鼓励社会力量参与档案事业,这表明国家支持档案主体协同发展。档案是承载红色基因的重要载体,传承红色基因,对“培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”具有重要的意义。加强档案主体协同,“培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”是当代档案人的重要责任,因而档案主体之间要及时沟通与合作,以提升协同育人的效率和效果。The Archives Law of the People's Republic of China clearly proposes social forces to participate in the archival undertakings.It shows that the state supports the collaborative development of archival subjects.Archives are important carriers for red genes.Inheriting the red gene is of great significance to"train the new generation to assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation".Strengthening the coordination of archive subjects and"train the new generation to assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation"are the important responsibilities of contemporary archivists.Therefore,the archive subjects should communicate and cooperate in time to improve the efficiency and effect of the collaborative education.
