摘　　要：做好高校档案数据管理,首要的是构建高校档案数据治理体系。档案数据治理是数据治理和档案治理的交叉契合,文章提出了数据治理框架下高校档案工作体制、制度、规范,以及档案数据安全保障和共享与开发机制的构建与创新,探讨了构建高校档案数据治理体系的实现路径。To do a good job in archival data management in colleges and universities,the most important thing is to build a management system of archival data.Archival data governance is the cross fit of data governance and archival governance.This paper puts forward the archival work system,institution and standard in colleges and universities under the framework of data governance,as well as the construction and innovation of archival data security,sharing and development mechanism,and probes into the realization path of constructing archival data governance system in colleges and universities.
