摘 要:目的 研究当前和未来气候条件下濒危藏药尼泊尔黄堇的适生分布区,为该物种的合理利用及资源保护提供参考。方法 通过构建最大熵(MaxEnt)模型结合地理信息系统,选用19个环境因子预测尼泊尔黄堇在当前气候和未来时期(2041-2060年、2061-2081年)不同代表性浓度路径(RCP2.6、RCP4.5、RCP8.5)情景下的适宜分布区和适宜生存等级。结果 在19个环境因子中,最暖月最高温和等温性对预测结果影响显著。在当前气候环境下,尼泊尔黄堇适宜区总面积为264.412×104 km2,占我国国土总面积的27.43%。高适宜区主要分布在西藏地区;未来随着RCP升高,适宜区面积减少,适宜区重心向西藏中部偏移。结论 温度是影响尼泊尔黄堇分布的主要因素,未来尼泊尔黄堇适宜区面积减少,RCP2.6情景下,适宜区面积相对较大,高适宜区分布以西藏中部为主,青海西南部少数地区也有分布。Objective To study the suitable distribution area of Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.under current and future climatic conditions;To provide a reference for the rational use of this species and conservation of its resources.Methods MaxEnt model combined with geographic information technology,and 19 environmental factors were chosen to predicting the suitable distribution area and suitable survival level of Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.under different representative concentration pathways(RCP2.6,RCP4.5,RCP8.5) in the current climate and future periods(2041-2060,2061-2081).Results Among the 19 environmental factors,the two environmental factors of warmest monthly maximum temperature and isothermality had a significant impact on the predicted results.Under current climatic conditions,the total area of the suitable zone for Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.was 264.412×104 km2,which was 27.43% of the China’s total land area.The high suitable survival grade was mainly found in the Tibetan region.In the future,as RCP values increase,the area of the suitable zone will decrease,and the center of the suitable zone will shift towards central Tibet.Conclusion Temperature is the main factor affecting the distribution of Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.The future area of the suitable zone for Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.decreases.With an RCP of 2.6,the area of the suitable zone is relatively high,and the distribution of the high suitable is dominated by central Tibet,with a few areas in southwestern Qinghai Province.
