摘　　要：雄黄为硫化物类矿物雄黄族雄黄,在现代临床研究中应用颇为广泛,对白血病、肺癌、宫颈癌、胃癌等多种癌症表现出较强的抗肿瘤特性。本文整理近年雄黄及其纳米制剂、微生物转化液等抗肿瘤相关文献,重点综述雄黄诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤干细胞分化和血管生成,以及协同其他药物抗肿瘤的作用及分子机制,以期为雄黄的深入研究及合理开发利用提供依据和理论参考。Realgar is a sulfide mineral realgar of the realgar family,which is widely used in modern clinical research.It has strong anti-tumor properties against various cancers such as leukemia,lung cancer,cervical cancer,and gastric cancer.By retrieving the anti-tumor related literature of Realgar and its nano-formulations,microbial transformation solutions,etc.in recent years,this study focused on the anti-tumor effects and molecular mechanisms of Realgar inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting stem cell differentiation and tumor angiogenesis,and synergizing with other drugs,in order to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the in-depth research and rational development and utilization of Realgar.
