摘  要:针对石油钻采领域全金属螺杆钻具定子机械加工难、效率低、成形表面质量差等问题,提出了一种“B-τ”样条内轮廓积分阴极型面设计方法,建立了小间隙电解加工流场数学模型,探索了型面对间隙流场均匀性的影响规律,以此优化了阴极结构。在此基础上,采用自主研制的大型卧式数控电解加工机床进行试验,可实现长4 m、尺寸精度±0.04 mm、表面粗糙度Ra0.781μm的石油螺杆钻具定子稳定加工。研究表明:采用“B-τ”样条内轮廓积分法进行阴极设计具有研制周期短、成形精度高的优点,能有效解决全金属螺杆钻具定子电解加工易短路、流场不均匀的问题。In order to solve the problems of difficult machining,low efficiency and poor forming quality of the stator of all metal screw drill in the field of oil drilling and production,a B-τspline inner contour integral cathode profile design method was proposed.Else,a mathematical model of small gap ECM flow field was established and the influence of the profile on the gap flow field distribution was studied,then cathode structure was optimized.On this basis,a large horizontal ECM machine was used for the test,which can achieve the length of 4 m,dimensional accuracy of±0.04 mm and surface roughness of Ra0.781μm.The result showed that B-τspline inner contour integral method for cathode design has the advantage of short development period and high forming accuracy,and can effectively solve the problem of short circuit and uneven flow field in the electrochemical machining of all metal screw drill stator.
