摘 要:为提高TiB_(2)/7050铝基复合材料电解铣削加工的加工效果,设计了三种具有不同底部出液孔形式的直径工具阴极,通过多组参数下的对比试验,优选出加工效果最好的工具阴极进行后续的试验探究。结果表明:在只改变加工电压的情况下,工具阴极C有最高的材料去除率,工具阴极A可加工得最优的沟槽底面平整度。在加工电压30 V、进给速度70 mm/min下采用工具阴极C进行电解铣削加工,材料去除率和沟槽底面平整度分别达到581.9 mm3/min和0.16 mm,表面粗糙度值达Ra0.648μm。In order to improve the machining effect of TiB_(2)/7050 aluminum matrix composites by electrochemical milling,three kinds of large diameter tool cathodes with different bottom outlet holes were designed.Through comparative tests under multiple groups of parameters,the tool cathode with the best machining effect was selected for subsequent experiments.The result showed that the tool cathode C has the highest material removal rate and the cathode A can obtain the best groove bottom flatness when only the processing voltage is changed.When the processing voltage is 30 V and the feed speed is 70 mm/min,the material removal rate and the flatness of the groove bottom can reach 581.9 mm3/min and 0.16 mm by electrochemical milling with tool cathode C,and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.648μm.
