摘　　要：稳压器安全阀为一回路系统的超压保护设备,对于保护压力边界完整,防止系统超压具有重要的作用。每次解体检修均需要更换密封件,其备件全部为进口,存在断供的风险,卡脖子项目,为了打破国外垄断,对其密封件进行国产化研制。活塞密封圈为研究重点,该文从设备结构以及原理分析出发,阐述了活塞密封圈既需要保证密封性,同时还需要保证较小的摩擦力。为国产化项目的试验以及验收准则提供了依据。PZR safety valves are the equipment of overpressure in the primary loop,it's very important to protect against overpressure and integrity of the pressure boundary.The maintenance need to replace the seals each time,its spare parts are all import,and risk exist to break to provide,bottlenecks,for breaking abroad monopoly,research the seals to national.The Joint Bal-Seal seals as the research point,the paper from the structure of valve and the principle analysis,elaborated that the piston seals completely a turn since need to promise to seal,and need to promise smaller friction at the same time.Provide a basis of experiment,checked and accepted standard for the localization produce.
