摘  要:为指导鸭场防控鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)的感染,本研究对23株RA贵州株进行药敏试验,并经PCR对其耐药基因及耐消毒剂基因的携带情况进行检测。结果显示23株RA对氨基糖苷类(链霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那)、大环内酯类(阿奇霉素、红霉素、新霉素)等抗生素均有较强耐药性,菌株耐药率达78.26%以上。对头孢类(头孢氨苄)、氯霉素类(氟苯尼考)等抗生素较敏感,菌株敏感率达69.56%以上。耐药基因检测结果显示,23株RA中,四环素类[tet(X)]、喹诺酮类(oqxA、oqxB)、大环内酯类(ermF)耐药基因检出率达100%(23/23);氟苯尼考类(floR)、氨基糖苷类[aph(3')-Iia、rmtC、cc(6')-Ib]、β-内酰胺类(blaSHV、blaDHA)、喹诺酮类(qnrA、qnrB)耐药基因检出率分别为82.61%(19/23)、95.65%(22/23)、82.61%(19/23)、73.91%(17/23)、4.35%(1/23)、4.35%(1/23)、17.39%(4/23)、78.26%(18/23)。经分析,23株RA耐药性较强,且最少耐8种抗生素,最多耐15种抗生素,存在严重的多重耐药性。耐消毒剂基因检测结果显示,仅检出16株RA携带耐季铵盐类(qacE、qacE△1)基因。上述结果表明,23株RA耐药性较强,且存在严重的多重耐药性,携带多种耐药基因和耐季铵盐类消毒剂基因。本实验为鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的有效防治提供了实验数据和参考依据。In order to guide the prevention and control of Riemerella anatipestifer infection in duck farms,23 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer in Guizhou province were tested for antimicrobial susceptibility,and the carrying status of antimicrobial resistance genes and disinfectant resistance genes were detected.Drug susceptibility tests results showed that 23 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer had strong resistance to aminoglycosides(streptomycin,kanamycin,gentamicin,amikacin),macrolides(azithromycin,erythromycin,neomycin)and other antibiotics,and the resistance was more than 78.26%.But these strains are more sensitive to cephalosporins(cephalexin),chloramphenicol(florfenicol)and other antibiotics,and the susceptible rate was more than 69.56%.The results of antimicrobial resistance genes detection showed that among the 23 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer,the detection rate of four resistance genes of tetracycline[tet(X)],quinolones(oqxA,oqxB)and macrolide(ermF)was 100%(23/23).Florfenicol(floR),aminoglycosides[aph(3')-Iia,rmtC,cc(6')-Ib],β-lactams(blaSHV,blaDHA),quinolones(qnrA,qnrB)gene detection rates were 82.61%(19/23),95.65%(22/23),82.61%(19/23),73.91%(17/23),4.35%(1/23),4.35%(1/23),17.39%(4/23),78.26%(18/23),respectively.Disinfectant resistance gene detection only detected qacE and qacE△1 genes,and a total of 16 Riemerella anatipestiferous strains carried disinfectant resistance genes.The results of this study showed that 23 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were resistant to at least 8 antibiotics and at most 15 antibiotics,showing serious multidrug resistance.Atotal of 16 Riemerella anatipestiferous strains carried antimicrobial resistance genes at the same time and disinfectant resistance genes.This study provides experimental data and reference for the effective control of Riemerella anatipestifer.
