摘 要:针对压裂返排液中的特征污染物,开展了单因素实验,确定了处理目标;以两口页岩气井的压裂返排液为研究对象开展了单元处理工艺的研究,并进行了现场实验。单因素实验结果表明,影响压裂返排液回用的特征污染物为高价金属离子和SS。采用絮凝—化学澄清工艺处理压裂返排液,对浊度、钙离子、铁离子的去除率分别达到98%、71%、96%以上。压裂返排液经现场处理后,SS从2400.0 mg/L降至3.4 mg/L,总硬度从1160 mg/L降至125 mg/L,总铁从35.60 mg/L降至0.28 mg/L,满足NB/T 14003.1—2015要求;用处理出水配制的滑溜水压裂液的性能指标与地表水配制的相当,满足DB61/T 575—2013要求。In view of the characteristic pollutants in the fracturing flowback fluid,a single-factor experiment was carried out to determine the treatment target.The unit treatment process was studied and tested in the field with the fracturing flowback fluid of two shale gas wells as the research object.The single-factor experimental results show that the characteristic pollutants that affect the reuse of fracturing backflow fluid are high-valent metal ions and SS.The flocculation and chemical clarification process is used to treat the fracturing flowback fluid,and the removal rate of turbidity,calcium ion and iron ion is above 98%,71%and 96%respectively.After on-site treatment of fracturing flowback fluid,SS decreased from 2400.0 mg/L to 3.4 mg/L,total hardness decreased from 1160 mg/L to 125 mg/L,and total iron content decreased from 35.60 mg/L to 0.28 mg/L,meeting the requirements of NB/T 14003.1-2015.The performance index of slippery hydraulic fracturing fluid prepared with the treatment effluent is equivalent to that prepared with surface water,meeting the requirements of DB61/T 575-2013.
