摘  要:以活性炭为载体,叔胺为活性组分,制备了活性炭负载叔胺吸附剂。考察了叔胺种类、负载量、吸附温度和空速对选择性脱硫性能的影响。实验结果表明:负载20%N-甲基二乙醇胺的活性炭(N质量分数为2.53%)的选择性脱硫性能最佳,H_(2)S的穿透吸附量和饱和吸附量分别达到1.46 mg/g和2.28 mg/g,CO_(2)与H_(2)S分离因子为23217;吸附温度30℃时,穿透吸附量最高;空速在8000~16000 mL/(g·h)时对吸附性能影响不大。The activated carbon supported tertiary amine adsorbents were prepared using activated carbon as carrier and tertiary amine as active component.The factors affecting selective desulfurization were investigated,such as tertiary amine type,loading amount,adsorption temperature and space velocity.The experimental results show that:When activated carbon is loaded with 20%N-methyldiethanolamine and the mass fraction of N is 2.53%,the adsorbent has best selective desulfurization capability with 1.46 mg/g and 2.28 mg/g of breakthrough adsorption capacity and the saturated adsorption capacity to H_(2)S,respectively,and the separation factor for CO_(2) and H_(2)S is 23217;The breakthrough adsorption capacity is the highest at 30℃ of adsorption temperature;When the space velocity is 8000-16000 mL/(g·h),it has little effect on H_(2)S adsorption.
