摘  要:对中国标准、俄罗斯标准、欧盟标准大管径直埋热水管道(直管)壁厚计算异同进行探讨。对于内压作用要求,中国标准未考虑管道壁厚的内腐蚀裕量,建议修订中国标准时,考虑管道壁厚的内腐蚀裕量。对于局部稳定性要求,与中国标准相比,欧洲标准对直管许用轴向压缩应力的规定更加严格,建议采用欧盟标准。对于径向稳定性要求,俄罗斯标准未对径向稳定性分析进行规定,中国标准要求径向最大变形量不超过工作管外直径的3%。冷安装条件下,局部稳定性要求是主导因素,决定着工作管最终选取壁厚。欧盟标准局部稳定性要求壁厚比中国标准局部稳定性要求壁厚大,超出2~3 mm。预热安装条件下,局部稳定性要求是次要因素,内压作用要求和径向稳定性要求成为主导因素,决定工作管最终选取壁厚。The similarities and differences among Chinese standard,Russian standard and EU standard on the calculation of wall thickness of large-diameter directly-buried hot water pipeline(straight pipe)are discussed.For the internal pressure effect requirements,the Chinese standard does not consider the internal corrosion margin of the pipe wall thickness,and it is recommended to consider the internal corrosion margin of the pipe wall thickness when revising the Chinese standard.For local stability requirements,compared with the Chinese standard,European standard has stricter regulations on the allowable axial compressive stress for straight pipes,so it is recommended to adopt EU standard.For the radial stability requirements,the Russian standard does not stipulate the radial stability analysis,and the Chinese standard requires that the maximum radial deformation does not exceed 3%of the outer diameter of the working tube.Under cold installation conditions,local stability requirements are the dominant factors,which determine the final wall thickness of the working tube.The wall thickness required by the EU standard for local stability is larger than that required by the Chinese standard for local stability,exceeding 2~3 mm.Under preheating installation conditions,the local stability requirements are secondary factors,and internal pressure effect requirements and radial stability requirements become the dominant factors,which determine the final wall thickness of the working tube.
