摘 要:为切实保障抚顺市农村饮水安全,综合应用熵权法、AHP法、障碍度模型以及改进TOPSIS法评价抚顺市2010年、2015年、2020年农村饮水安全状况,并验证了改进TOPSIS法的可行性。结果表明:2010-2020年抚顺市农村饮水安全水平明显提升,总体处于基本安全及以上状态,其中自来水普及率和集中供水率是抚顺市农村饮水工程建设的关键障碍因子;改进TOPSIS法相比于模糊综合法具有更小的信息损失量、更强的客观性以及更好的适用性,为巩固提升农村饮水工程薄弱环节提供决策依据。In order to effectively ensure the safety of rural drinking water in Fushun City,the entropy weight method,AHP method,obstacle degree model and improved TOPSIS method were comprehensively applied to evaluate the safety of rural drinking water in Fushun City in 2010,2015 and 2020,and the feasibility of the improved TOPSIS method was verified.The results show that:from 2010 to 2020,the rural drinking water safety level in Fushun City has been significantly improved,and the overall state is basic safety or above,among which the tap water penetration rate and centralized water supply rate are the key obstacles to the construction of rural drinking water project in Fushun City.Compared with fuzzy synthesis method,improved TOPSIS method has less information loss,stronger objectivity and better applicability,which provides decision-making basis for consolidating and improving the weak links of rural drinking water project.
