摘  要:目的选取1,1-硫代羰基二咪唑为缓蚀剂,探究其在酸性介质中的耐腐蚀性能,为应对碳钢在实际应用中出现的腐蚀情况提供理论依据。方法向1 M HCl体系中加入不同浓度的缓蚀剂,采用失重实验、电化学实验、吸附等温方程、量子化学计算来分析缓蚀剂的抗腐蚀行为。结果通过失重实验发现,在298 K时,TCDM的最佳浓度为3 mg/mL;极化曲线和交流阻抗谱证明,向空白溶液中加入缓蚀剂并不改变反应机理,只改变了反应速率;吸附等温方程表明,缓蚀剂分子在碳钢表面的吸附类型主要表现为混合型吸附。结论1,1-硫代羰基二咪唑具有优异的缓蚀性能,在强酸性条件下的极性吸附作用显著提升了缓蚀剂作用效果。Purposes—To provide a theoretical basis for dealing with the corrosion of carbon steel in practical applications by investigating the corrosion resistance of 1,1-thiocarbonyldiimidazole(which is used as a corrosion inhibitor)in acidic media.Methods—Different concentrations of inhibitors was added 1 M HCl,and their corrosion resistance were analyzed with weight loss experiment,electrochemical experiment,adsorption isotherm equation and quantum chemical calculation.Result—It was found in the weight loss experiment that the optimal concentration for TCDM was 3 mg/mL at 298 K.The results of the polarization curve and EIS demonstrated that the addition of corrosion inhibitor to the blank solution did not change the reaction mechanism,but only the reaction rate.The adsorption isotherm equation indicates that the adsorption type of corrosion inhibitor molecules on the carbon steel surface is mainly manifested as the mixed adsorption.Conclusion—1,1-thiocarbonyldiimidazole has excellent corrosion inhibition effect,the polar adsorption under strong acidic conditions significantly enhance its effect of corrosion inhibitors.
