摘 要:通过文献调研,系统总结了目前针对铀污染土壤生物修复技术的研究成果,包括植物修复、微生物修复、植物-微生物联合修复、植物-微生物-螯合剂联合修复技术。分析了目前的研究中存在的不足并对今后的研究方向提出以下建议:(1)对螯合剂进行改良;(2)培育具有工程应用价值的超富集植物;(3)将现有实验室研究成果应用到大面积铀污染土壤的实地修复中,实现工程应用的目的;(4)对修复后的植物进行合理的减量化、无害化、资源化处理,寻找修复后植物处理的新技术。With the rapid development of nuclear power,the prevention and remediation of radioactive uranium contaminated soil has become an urgent problem to be solved.The current bioremediation technologies for uranium contaminated soil were summarized through literature research,including phytoremediation,microbial remediation,plant microbial combined remediation,plant microbial chelating agent combined remediation technology.Finally,according to the research results and current work,it is proposed that the future research direction should focus on the following aspects:(i)Improvement of chelating agent;(ii)Cultivate super enriched plants with engineering application value and shorten the plant growth cycle;(iii)The existing laboratory research results are applied to the field remediation of large-area uranium contaminated soil to achieve the purpose of engineering application;(iv)Reasonable reduction,harmless and resource treatment of the repaired plants are carried out to find new technologies for the treatment of the repaired plants.With the rapid development of nuclear power,the prevention and remediation of radioactive uranium contaminated soil has become an urgent problem to be solved.The current bio-remediation technologies for uranium contaminated soil were summarized in this paper through literature reiew,including phyto-remediation,microbial remediation,phyto-microbial combined remediation,as well as phyto-microbial-chelating agent combined remediation technology.Finally,according to the research results and current work,it is proposed that the future research direction should focus on the following aspects:(i)Improvement of chelating agent;(ii)Cultivate hyperaccumulation plants with engineering application value and shorten the plant growth cycle;(iii)use the existing laboratory research results to the field remediation of large-area uranium contaminated soil to achieve the purpose of engineering application;(iv)Reasonable volume reduction,harmless treatment and reuse of the remediation plants are carried out
