摘  要:基于经典层合板理论和复合材料机械连接结构螺栓孔边应力计算公式,推导了碳/玻混杂复合材料单钉螺栓连接结构孔边应力的计算方法。以碳/玻混杂复合材料层合板单钉螺栓连接结构为例,计算了各纤维铺层孔边径向应力、环向应力和剪切应力的分布规律。同时,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了碳/玻混杂复合材料层合板单钉螺栓连接结构的有限元模型,分析了层合板孔边的应力。结果表明,理论计算结果与有限元结果吻合较好,验证了解析方法的有效性。The calculation method of hole-edge stress is proposed for bolted carbon/glass hybrid composite joints based on the classical laminate theory and the calculation formula of the bolt hole-edge stress of the mechanical connection structure.The distribution of radial stress,hoop stress and shear stress at the hole edge is invetigated for each fiber layup of the single-nail bolted carbon glass hybrid composite laminate.Additionally,a finite element model of the single-nail bolted carbon/glass composite laminate has been performed to investigate the hole-edge stress via finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the finite element results,which verifies the validity of the analytical method.
