摘 要:本文分别采用溶剂热法和水热法,以五水合硝酸铋为铋源,碘化钠为碘源,分别以无水乙醇(ETH)和去离子水(H_(2)O)为溶剂,将上述溶液在160℃下反应12h,成功制备了BiOI纳米材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),紫外漫反射(Uv-vis)和光致发光光谱(PL)等进行了表征和性能测试。以无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备的BiOI光催化剂,表现出优异的可见光光催化活性。In this paper,BiOI nanomaterials were prepared by solvothermal method and hydrothermal method applied bismuth nitrate pentahydrate as bismuth source,sodium iodide as iodine source,anhydrous ethanol(ETH)and deionized water(H_(2)O)as solvents,respectively.The above solutions were solvothermally or hydrothermally reacted at 160℃for 12h.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-vis diffuse reflectance(Uv-vis)and photoluminescence(PL),respectively.The BiOI photocatalyst prepared by solvothermal method with absolute ethanol as solvent showed excellent visible light photocatalytic activity.
