摘 要:针对废旧磷酸铁锂正极粉脱锂后的磷铁渣含铝量偏高的问题,开展了无机酸体系浸出磷铁渣除铝的研究,重点考察了酸种类、酸浓度、液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间等参数对Fe、Al浸出规律的影响。结果表明,Fe、Al在硝酸中的浸出率差异,大于在硫酸或磷酸中的浸出率差异。在硝酸体系中,当酸浓度为0.2mol·L^(-1)、液固比为10∶1、浸出温度为70℃、浸出时间为8.0h时,Al、Fe的浸出率分别为96.3%和3.92%。硝酸酸浸法可扩大磷酸铁与铝的浸出率差异,实现铝的选择性溶出,达到深度除铝的目的。In view of the problem that the aluminum content of iron phosphate slag after the lithium removal of waste lithium iron phosphate cathode powder was relatively high,the research on the aluminum removal of iron phosphate slag by the leaching of inorganic acid system was carried out,focused on the effects of acid type,acid concentration,liquid-solid ratio,leaching temperature,leaching time on the leaching law of Fe and Al.The results indicated that the leaching difference between Fe and Al in nitric acid was greater than that of sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid.In nitric acid system,when the concentration of nitric acid was 0.2mol/L,liquidto-solid ratio was 10:1,leaching temperature was 70℃and reaction time was 8.0h,leaching efficiency of Al and Fe were 96.3%and 3.92%,respectively.The nitric acid leaching method could expand the leaching difference between iron phosphate and aluminum,realize the selective dissolution of aluminum,and achieve the purpose of deep aluminum removal.
