摘　　要：人民精神生活共同富裕是共同富裕的重要内容,精神富有是社会主义现代化的根本要求。从逻辑理路看,中华优秀传统文化是精神富有的文化根基,马克思主义哲学是精神富有的理论基础,实现中华民族伟大复兴是精神富有的时代要求。从内涵特征看,新时代精神富有表现为主导性与多元性的统一、个体性与集体性的统一、独立性与协同性的统一、继承性与创新性的统一,呈现出科学而丰富的内涵体系。从实现路径看,新时代需要通过构建精神共富指数,科学量化精神富有;不断深化文明实践,促进精神共富落地生根;精准细化文化供给,推动精神共富开花结果;持续外化精神生产,营造精神共富的时代新风新貌。Common prosperity of people’s cultural and ethical life is an important part of common prosperity for all,and cultural-ethical prosperity is the fundamental requirement of socialist modernization.In terms of logical thinking,its cultural foundation is the excellent traditional Chinese culture,its theoretical foundation is Marxist philosophy,and its requirement of the times is realizing the Chinese national rejuvenation.In terms of connotation characteristics,cultural-ethical prosperity in the new era is manifested as the unity of dominance and diversity,of individuality and similarity,of independence andcoordination,and of inheritance and innovation,presenting a scientific and rich connotation system.In terms of the path to its realization,it is necessary to build an index for quantifying the cultural-ethical prosperity scientifically,to deepen cultural practices for making the cultural-ethical prosperity rooted in people’s daily life,to refine cultural supplies for its promotion,and to publicize cultural-ethical production for the creation of its new style and look in the new era.
