摘 要:膜技术因其分离效率高,占地面积小,是解决油田废水回注水质问题的理想方法。但油田废水中含有的大量污染物会造成膜污染,制约了膜技术在油田废水处理领域的大规模应用。通过归纳梳理近几年对膜污染问题的解决方案,包括抗污膜的应用、多工艺的协同处理、污堵膜的清洗等,多角度分析提出未来膜技术在油田采出水领域大规模应用的发展思路。Membrane technology,which has high separation efficiency,small footprint,and the ability to produce qualified refill water,is regarded as one of the appropriate methods to solve the quality problem about oilfield refill water.However,membrane pollution created in the filtration process of oilfield sewage,containing a mess of complex compounds,is the major restrictive factor for large-scale application in oilfield wastewater treatment.This article introduced different methods for solving membrane pollution problems,including the application of anti-polluted membrane,the combination of various treatment process and the membrane cleaning.In the end,the future membrane process development direction and large-scale application in oilfield produced water treatment was proposed.
