摘　　要：农民职业分化是一种客观存在的社会现象。在中国社会转型过程中,作为曾经最大的职业群体,农民所从事工作的性质、内容和方式随劳动分工的深化而不断发生深刻变化,大量农民的就业形态发生改变。本文界定和厘清了与农民职业分化相关的基本术语,简要梳理了当前国内外学术界对这一问题的研究现状,分析了农村劳动力向非农产业的转移就业过程,并以农机化服务为例分析了农业农村内部的职业分化过程。Farmers'occupational differentiation is an objective social phe-nomenon.In the process of social transformation in China,as the largest occupa-tional group in the past,the nature,content and mode of work that farmers are engaged in have undergone profound changes with the deepening of the division of labor,and the employment patterns of a large number of farmers have changed.This paper defines and clarifies the basic terms related to farmers'oc-cupational differentiation,briefly combs the current research status of this issue in the academic circles at home and abroad,analyzes the transfer and employ-ment process of rural labor force to non-agricultural industries,and takes agri-cultural mechanized services as an example to analyze the occupational differen-tiation process in agriculture and rural areas.
