摘　　要：主要介绍了针阀电动执行机构的一些特殊设计,其主要应用在偏远地区的天然气开采设备上。针对这种野外值守设备供电条件有限制的情况,采用直流24V供电,利用高效的直流无刷电机,提供大扭矩、低功耗的产品,进而实现电动开关阀;对于采气树的特殊工况,增加了Modbus接口,电子权限、手轮权限、接口密封、自动排堵等特殊设计;对外使用标准的Modbus接口和无线通讯模块连接,实现远距离阀门控制,节约人力开井成本,特别是对于一些低产井和间歇井,有很好的用户体验。This paper mainly introduces some special designs of needle valve electric actuators,which are mainly used in natural gas exploitation in remote areas.For this kind of equipment on duty in the field,the power supply conditions are limited.DC 24V power supply is adopted,and efficient DC brushless motor is used to provide products with high torque and low power consumption,thus realizing electric on-off valve.For the special working conditions of gas production tree,add electronic permission,hand wheel permission,interface sealing,automatic unclogging and other special designs.The standard Modbus interface and wireless communication module are used for external connection to realize remote valve control and save labor costs.Especially for some low-production wells and intermittent wells,it has a good user experience.
