隔药回旋灸联合针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔药回旋灸联合针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法纳入64例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组予隔药回旋灸联合针刺治疗,对照组仅采用单纯针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)和汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分的变化,并比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为93.8%和71.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS、DLQI和HAMA评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应事件。结论隔药回旋灸联合针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛可减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量,改善患者焦虑状态,疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herb-partitioned circling moxibustion plus acupuncture in treating postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method Sixty-four PHN patients were recruited and randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was given herb-partitioned circling moxibustion plus acupuncture;the control group only received acupuncture treatment.Before and after the treatment,the visual analog scale score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI),and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score were compared.The clinical efficacy and safety rating were also compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 93.8%in the observation group and 71.0%in the control group,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS,DLQI,and HAMA scores dropped notably in both groups(P<0.05)and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse events were not found in the two groups.Conclusion For patients with HPN,herb-partitioned circling moxibustion plus acupuncture can reduce pain,enhance life quality,improve anxiety,and produce more significant efficacy than acupuncture alone.
