电子灸八髎穴对宫腔粘连患者冻融胚胎移植术后妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电子灸八髎穴对宫腔粘连患者行冻融胚胎移植术后妊娠结局的影响。方法对符合纳入标准的90例轻度宫腔粘连并行冻融胚胎移植术的患者进行回顾性研究。两组均采用人工周期准备内膜,子宫内膜转化后行冻胚移植术,手术后予以黄体支持。对照组45例予常规治疗;治疗组45例在对照组常规治疗基础上,于移植术前完成1个疗程的电子灸八髎穴治疗。比较两组患者内膜转化日子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率、流产率和活产率。结果治疗组内膜转化日子宫内膜厚度略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组临床妊娠率、流产率和活产率分别为66.7%、16.7%和55.6%,对照组临床妊娠率、流产率和活产率分别为44.4%、35.0%和28.9%;两组临床妊娠率和活产率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子灸八髎穴可提高轻度宫腔粘连患者行冻融胚胎移植术后的临床妊娠率和活产率,改善妊娠结局。Objective To observe the effect of electronic moxibustion at Baliao points on pregnancy outcomes after frozen-thawed embryo transfer in patients with intrauterine adhesions.Method A retrospective study was made in ninety patients with mild intrauterine adhesions receiving frozen-thawed embryo transfer and meeting the inclusion criteria.Artificial endometrial preparation was done in the two groups.Frozen-thawed embryo transfer was performed after endometrial transformation and luteal support was provided after the embryo transfer.The control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group,additionally a course of treatment with electronic moxibustion at Baliao points before the completion of embryo transfer.Endometrial thickness on the day of endometrial transformation,the clinical pregnancy rate,the miscarriage rate and the live birth rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Result Endometrial thickness on the day of endometrial transformation was slightly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate,the miscarriage rate and the live birth rate were 66.7%,16.7%and 55.6%,respectively,in the treatment group and 44.4%,35.0%and 28.9%,respectively,in the control group.There were statistically significant differences in the clinical pregnancy rate and the live birth rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic moxibustion at Baliao points can increase the clinical pregnancy rate and the live birth rate and improve pregnancy outcomes after frozen-thawed embryo transfer in patients with mild intrauterine adhesions.
