摘 要:海洋旅游经济是在一定社会经济条件下产生与发展起来的社会现象。本文首先阐述现代海洋旅游的演进历程与阶段特点,在此基础上总结国外典型海洋旅游发展模式经验,剖析中国海洋旅游发展存在的问题,包括开发与管理体制滞后;开发力度不够,精深文化挖掘不足;旅游地文化形象不突出,从业人员队伍素质不高。最后提出主要对策建议,以期助力海洋旅游的高质量发展。例如,完善政府引导职能,构建市场主导型管理体制;创新海洋旅游开发路径,加强集群化发展;坚持生态优先原则,推动现代海洋旅游绿色化、低碳化发展;加强专业人才队伍建设,不断提升海洋旅游服务水平。Marine tourism economy is a social phenomenon produced and developed under certain social and economic conditions.Firstly,this paper expounds the evolution and stage characteristics of modern marine tourism,and then summarizes the experiences of overseas typical marine tourism development models,the problems existing in the development of China’s marine tourism include the lagging development and management system,the insufficient development,the insufficient excavation of profound culture,the un-outstanding cultural image of the tourist destination and the low quality of the personnel,finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions:Perfecting the guiding function of the government,constructing the market-oriented management system,innovating the development path of marine tourism,strengthening the development of cluster,adhering to the principle of giving priority to ecology,we will promote the green and low-carbon development of modern marine tourism,strengthen the development of professional personnel,and continuously improve marine tourism services,with a view to contributing to the high-quality development of marine tourism.
