摘 要:在政府的大力推动下,一方面我国社会工作的职业化发展取得了长足进步,另一方面由学术界主导生产的知识却无法被实务界所使用。这样,如何生产“实务所需知识”就成为中国社会工作迈进高质量发展必须克服的障碍。通过回顾西方社会工作协同实务研究的发展历程可以发现,尽管西方社会工作借助倡导具体科学研究(the Science of Concrete)和模式2知识生产(Mode 2 Knowledge Production)推动研究者深入实务场景,以弥合理论与实务的鸿沟,但是由于缺乏对社会工作知识特点和生产路径的考察,仍然无法调和社会工作研究中理论与实务之间的矛盾。为此,本文通过对社会工作知识的哲学基础的考察明确了社会工作协同实务研究的核心特征:以成长为核心的在地反思实践,它要求研究者始终围绕专业服务的有效性、现实性和反思性开展研究。只有这样,以实务为导向的社会工作才能跨越理论与实务的鸿沟,创建“实务所需知识”。Under the vigorous promotion of the government,the professional development of social work in China has made great progress.However,the knowledge produced by the academic community cannot be utilized by the practitioner.How to produce knowledge closely associated practice has become an obstacle for further high-quality development of social work in China.Through reviewing literature of the development process of partnership social work practice research in developed countries,it is found that social work in western society urges researchers to participate in the context of practice under the guidance of the theoretical framework of the Science of Concrete and Mode2 Knowledge Production in order to bridge the gap between theory and practice.But due to the lack of focus on the characteristics and the production path of social work knowledge,it is still unable to reconcile the contradiction between theory and practice in social work research.Through the investigation of the philosophical basis of social work knowledge,the core characteristics of partnership practical research in social work are clarified:it is named The Practice of Local Reflection with Growth as the core.In this model,researchers always are required to concern on the validity,reality and reflection of professional services.Only in this way,“practical-required knowledge”could be produced in social work community to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
