摘　　要：通过优化聚酯生产工艺参数,运用在线监测和取样分析手段对聚酯生产相关指标跟踪分析,从生产实践层面,探讨了PET产品主要质量指标如特性黏度、端羧基、二甘醇、色值等与温度、压力、反应时间、原辅料质量等影响因素的关系。By optimizing the process parameters of PET production,using on-line monitoring and sampling analysis to track and analyze the related indexes of PET production,the influencing factors of main quality indexes of PET products were discussed from the aspect of production practice,such as the characteristic viscosity,end carboxyl group,diethylene glycol,color value by temperature,pressure,reaction time,raw materials and other factors.
