摘  要:本文介绍了聚酯装置工艺流程和主要能耗单元工艺塔的能量利用现状,计算了工艺塔能耗占整个装置能耗的比例,经计算聚酯工艺塔塔顶热量约占整个装置热量消耗的45%,介绍了聚酯行业对工艺塔塔顶热量利用的普遍做法,推荐了具有可行性的4种节能改造优化方案。This paper introduces the process flow of the polyester plant and the energy utilization status of the process tower of the main energy consumption unit,calculates the proportion of the energy consumption of the process tower in the energy consumption of the whole plant,calculates that the heat consumption of the top of the polyester process tower accounts for about 35%of the heat consumption of the whole plant,introduces the general situation of the heat utilization of the top of the process tower in the polyester industry,and recommends four energy-saving transformation and optimization schemes that can be implemented.
