摘 要:目的构建护理本科人才培养核心竞争力评价指标体系,旨在为护理本科人才培养核心竞争力的评价提供客观依据。方法以决策导向评价模型为指导,通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、德尔菲法和层次分析法,确定护理本科人才培养核心竞争力评价指标体系和权重。结果2轮专家函询有效问卷回收率分别为90%(19/21)、95%(18/19),专家权威系数分别为0.840、0.845,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.182、0.244(均P<0.01)。构建的护理本科人才培养核心竞争力评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标和68个三级指标。结论该研究构建的护理本科人才培养核心竞争力评价指标体系较科学、可靠,具有一定的实用性,可为本科护理学专业人才培养核心竞争力的评价提供依据。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the core competitiveness for undergraduate training in nursing,and to provide an objective basis for the evaluation in China.Methods Using the CIPP evaluation model as the theoretical basis,the indexes and weights of core competitiveness evaluation system for undergraduate training were determined through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,Delphi technique,and hierarchical analysis.Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire in two rounds of expert consultation were 90%and 95%respectively.The authority coefficients of experts were 0.840 and 0.845 respectively,and the Kendalls'W were 0.182 and 0.244 respectively(all P<0.01).The evaluation index system of core competitiveness for nursing undergraduates constructed includes four primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 68 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The development of core competitiveness evaluation index system for undergraduate training in nursing in this study is scientific,reliable,and practical,which can provide a basis for the evaluation of the core competitiveness for undergraduate training in nursing.
