摘　　要：该文对癫痫患者疾病恐惧感概念、发生现状、原因、评估工具、影响因素进行综述,以期为进一步的研究提供参考,同时提示医护人员应关注癫痫患者的疾病恐惧心理,加强评估,并采取针对性的干预措施,增加患者健康行为管理的内驱力。This article reviews the concept,current situation,causes,assessment tools,and influencing factors of disease fear in epilepsy patients,in order to provide a reference for further research.At the same time,it suggests that medical staffs should pay attention to the disease fear of epilepsy patients,strengthen its evaluation,and take targeted interventions to increase the patients'own motivation for health behavior management.
