摘　　要：高校附属医院基层党组织是党的重要组成部分,是筑牢党的基层战斗堡垒的主力军。党建与业务“两张皮”是目前高校附属医院基层党组织党建工作中存在的主要问题。结合郑州大学第一附属医院急诊党支部在党建与业务融合方面的实例,以分析党建业务“两张皮”具体体现、构建“党建+”工作模式等方面作为切入点,浅谈在党建业务融合探索实践中的经验,以期为高校附属医院高质量党建引领高质量学科发展提供方法借鉴。The grass-root Party organization of the university-affiliated hospital is part and parcel of the Party. The disconnection between Party building and clinical work is the problem in the work of the grass-roots Party organization in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities.Based on the case of the emergency department Party branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in Party building and clinical work integration,the author discussed the experience in the practice of Party building work integration from the aspects of analyzing the disconnection in Party building work and constructing the mode of "Party building + " to provide references for high-quality Party construction and leading high-quality discipline in affiliated hospital of the university.
