摘 要:气井产能评价结果是采气工程和地面集输工程设计的依据。针对碳酸盐岩气田产能评价实践过程中常规“一点法”计算结果可信度较低,以及传统稳定经验数求取方法的不足,文中厘清了“一点法”的核心内涵,并以四川盆地8个碳酸盐岩大气田96口气井的试井和测井资料为基础,研究了试井地层系数与稳定经验数、测井储能系数之间的量化关系,将测井所反映的地质信息整合至“一点法”产能评价公式中,建立了整合测井资料的“一点法”产能评价新方法。通过四川盆地安岳、龙岗和罗家寨气田的实例计算及对比表明:该方法能够提升稳定经验数小于0.17的气井产能评价效果,其产能计算平均相对误差由169.64%下降至27.08%;对于稳定经验数大于0.25的气井,常规“一点法”产能评价效果更优。新方法的建立解决了矿场采用常规“一点法”评价气井产能时因稳定经验数不明而造成的产能评价误差问题,对于碳酸盐岩气田的开发设计、规模调整具有积极意义。The productivity evaluation results of gas wells are the basis for the design of gas production engineering and surface gathering and transportation engineering.In view of the low reliability of the conventional"one point method"calculation results and the shortcomings of the traditional method of obtaining stable empirical data in the practice of productivity evaluation in carbonate gas fields,this paper clarified the core connotation of the"one point method".Based on the well test and logging data of 96 gas wells in eight carbonate gas fields in Sichuan Basin,this paper studied the quantitative relationship between stable experience number and well test formation coefficient,and the relationship between well test formation coefficient and logging energy storage coefficient.And this paper integrated the geological information reflected by logging into the"one point method"productivity evaluation formula,and established a new"one point method"productivity evaluation method by integrating logging data.The comparative calculation of Anyue,Longgang and Luojiazhai gas fields in Sichuan Basin shows that the productivity evaluation effect of this method is significantly improved for the gas wells with stable experience number less than 0.17,and the average calculation relative error is reduced from 169.64%to 27.08%.For the gas wells with stable experience number more than 0.25,the conventional"one point method"has better productivity evaluation effect.The establishment of the new method solved the problem of productivity evaluation error caused by unknown stable experience when the conventional"one point method"is used to evaluate the productivity of gas wells in the mine,and is of positive significance for the development design and scale adjustment in carbonate gas fields.
