工匠精神的量表开发与意涵探析

摘　　要：工匠精神是劳动者在生产过程中秉持的工作理念和价值观,以及对所从事行业的敬畏与执着的职业态度。研究通过文献分析、深入访谈及开放式问卷调查获取语素材料形成初始量表,然后选取298名学生进行初测,并根据测量的结果对量表进行修订。工匠精神量表包含27个题项,由创业、乐业、精业、勤业4个维度构成。数据结果证实了工匠精神的四因素结构,而且量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为测查工匠精神的有效工具。工匠精神有利于缓解速度与质量间的矛盾,减小分工与合作间的张力,引导人们重视声誉、追求个人和集体的长远发展。新时代卓越工匠应妥善处理“大我”和“小我”的关系,既有追求卓越的职业品质与传承奉献的责任担当,也具备开放协同的共赢意识和勇于创新的开拓精神。Craftsman spirit is the working concept and value that workers uphold in the production process,and the awe and persistent professional attitude towards the industry they are engaged in.Based on literature analysis,in-depth interviews and open-ended questionnaires,the study formed the initial scale,then selected 298 students for the initial test,and revised the scale according to the measurement results.The craftsman spirit scale contains 27 items,which is composed of four dimensions innovate,enjoyment,meticulousness and diligence.The data results confirm the four factor structure of craftsman spirit,and the scale has good reliability and validity.It can be used as an effective tool to test craftsman spirit.Craftsman Spirit helps to alleviate the contradiction between speed and quality,reduce the tension between division of labor and cooperation,and guide people to pay attention to reputation and pursue the long-term development of individuals and collectives.Outstanding craftsmen in the new era should properly deal with the relationship between“big self”and“small self”.They not only have the responsibility of pursuing excellent professional quality and inheritance and dedication,but also have the awareness of open and collaborative win-win and the pioneering spirit of innovation.
