摘  要:研究纯棉纺织品凉感功能及其实现途径。梳理了纺织品接触瞬间凉感的原理和人体感知方式,提出了提高面料的导热系数、增加皮肤与面料的接触面积、借助相变材料及辐射冷却是实现纯棉纺织品凉感功能的主要方式。从纺织品结构设计、凉感功能整理技术、凉感染整加工技术、辐射冷却以及微纳米镶嵌纺技术4个方面探讨了纯棉凉感纺织品的产品设计和技术方案。认为:组合应用微纳米镶嵌纺技术与纺织结构设计、辐射冷却技术、各类凉感功能整理技术及微胶囊技术是纯棉凉感纺织品的开发方向。Cool feeling function and its realization approach of pure cotton textiles were studied.The principle of the contact transient cool feeling and the way of human body perceiving temperature were summarized.It was proposed that the main ways to realize the cooling function of cotton textiles included improving the thermal conductivity of fabrics,increasing the contact area between skin and fabrics,using phase change materials and radiative cooling.Product design and technical scheme of pure cotton cool textiles were discussed from four aspects as the design of textiles structure,cool feeling functional finishing technology,cool feeling dyeing and finishing technology,and radiative cooling combined with micro nano inlay technology.It is considered that the combination of micro nano inlay technology with textiles structure design,radiative cooling technology,various cool feeling functional finishing technologies and microencapsulation technology is an important development direction for cool feeling cotton textiles.
