摘 要:为开发可自然降解的膜材料以取代传统塑料膜产品,将黄麻落麻纤维梳理成网与淀粉基塑料膜热压制备复合膜,为进一步提高其力学性能,将剑麻作为加筋结构制成加筋麻纤维复合膜。探究了黄麻网层数、剑麻网面密度、剑麻网与黄麻网的结合方式以及剑麻预加张力对复合膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:复合膜的断裂强力、撕破强力、顶破强力随着剑麻网面密度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,当剑麻网面密度为8 g/m^(2)时,复合膜力学性能较好。当黄麻网层数为2层,且将1层剑麻网铺放在2层黄麻网之上时,复合膜的性能较好。随着剑麻预加张力的增加,复合膜力学性能下降,当剑麻自然伸直时复合膜力学性能较优。In order to develop naturally degrading film materials to replace traditional plastic film products,jute noil fiber was combed to nets and hot pressed with starch⁃base plastic film to prepare composite films.In order to further improve its mechanical properties,sisal fiber was used as a reinforced structure to prepare reinforced jute fiber composite films.The effects of jute net layer number,sisal mesh area density,the combination mode of sisal mesh and jute net,the pre⁃tension of sisal fiber on the mechanical properties of the composite film were studied.The results showed that the breaking strength,tearing strength and bursting strength of the composite film had an increase first and then decrease trend with the increase of sisal mesh area density.The mechanical properties of the composite film were better when the sisal mesh area density was 8 g/m^(2).When the jute net layer was 2,and one sisal mesh was laid on two jute nets,the mechanical properties of the composite film were better.With the increase of the pre⁃tension of sisal fiber,mechanical properties of the composite film were decreased.The mechanical properties were excellent when sisal was naturally straightened.
