摘 要:针对喷气织机车间空压机夏季运行能耗高、压缩空气含水量大的问题,探讨空压机采用吸气预处理措施的可行性。根据工程热力学基本理论和湿空气状态参数计算方法,计算空压机在压缩不同吸气参数湿空气时的理论功率。以实际运行的某空压站为例,分析了影响空压机能耗和压缩空气含水量的因素,并对空压机吸入空气进行预处理。结果表明:在高温高湿季节对空压机吸入空气进行降温除湿处理,在计入预处理成本的情况下,折合吸气温度每降低10℃,空压机能耗平均降低2.9%。认为:采用吸气预处理措施可降低空压机的运行能耗,改善压缩空气质量。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption of air compressor and high water content of compressed air in air⁃jet loom workshop in summer,feasibility of adopting suction pretreatment measures for air compressor was discussed.According to basic theory of engineering thermodynamics and calculation method of wet air state parameters,theoretical power of air compressor was calculated when it compressed wet air with different suction parameters.An air compressor station in actual operation was taken as an example,factors affecting energy consumption of air compressor and water content of compressed air were analyzed,the air suction was pretreated.The results showed that in the season of high temperature and high humidity,when the suction air of air compressor was cooled and dehumidified,pretreatment cost was taken into account,as suction temperature was reduced by 10℃,energy consumption of the air compressor was reduced by 2.9%on average.It is considered that energy consumption of air compressor can be reduced and compressed air can be improved by adopting air suction pretreatment.
