摘 要:为了提高复合材料的整体性,采用混纱-薄膜浸渍技术,结合正交试验设计优化的热压工艺,制备了单片和4片层合的三维深角联芳纶1414/PA6复合材料。测试分析了含胶量、铺层方式等因素对复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:三维深角联芳纶1414/PA6复合材料最优热压工艺为225℃、5 min、4 MPa;含胶量为32%时,材料经向断裂强度最高;含胶量为38%时,材料纬向断裂强度最高;铺层方式均为0°时,材料纬向断裂强度最高;铺层方式均为0°/90°时,材料断裂强度最低。In order to improve integrity of the composite materials,adopting blended yarn thin film impregnation technology,combining with orthogonal test design optimization of hot pressing process,the 3D deep angle aramid 1414/PA6 composite material with single and four laminates was prepared.Influence of gum content and layering method on tensile properties of the composite material was tested and analyzed.The results showed that the optimal hot pressing process of 3D deep angle aramid 1414/PA6 composite was 225℃,5 min,4 MPa.When the gum content was 32%,warp breaking tenacity of the composite material was the highest.When the gum content was 38%,weft breaking tenacity of the composite material was the highest.Weft breaking tenacity of the composite material was the highest when the layering mode was 0°.Breaking tenacity of the composite material was the lowest when the layering mode was 0°/90°.
