摘 要:为了实现色纺纱产品的绿色制造,以FZ/T 07013—2021《绿色设计产品评价技术规范色纺纱》为依据,对比了2种色纺纱产品设计方案的实际生产数据与标准的量化指标,并将生命周期评价方法引入到色纺纱整个生产过程,识别评价了生产边界内各阶段对环境影响的主要因素,针对主要因素优化了产品设计方案。结果表明:通过构建色纺纱生命周期模型,开展产品生命周期评价,针对性采取减小染色浴比、调整染色工艺、改进纺纱工艺、优化纱线原料配比,可以减少生产过程的单位产品水耗、能耗,减小对环境的影响。In order to realize the green manufacturing of color spun products,based on FZ/T 07013—2021 Technical specification for eco⁃design product assessment—spun⁃dyed yarn,the actual production data of two kinds of color spinning products were compared with standard quantitative index,life cycle assessment method was introduced into the whole production process of spun-dyed yarn.Main factors affecting the environment at each stage within the production boundary were identified and evaluated,product design scheme was optimized according to the main factors.The results showed that the water consumption and energy consumption per unit product in the production process can be reduced and the influence on the environment can be reduced by constructing life cycle model of spun-dyed yarn,carrying out the product life cycle assessment,taking targeted measures to reduce the dyeing bath ratio,adjusting the dyeing process,improving the spinning process and optimizing the yarn raw material ratio.
