摘  要:文中采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体技术,分别以20、80、150、200目铜网以及铜片为电极,通过考察亚甲基蓝的降解率、一级反应动力学常数k、pH值、电导率以及COD值;研究了不同电极结构对介质阻挡放电降解亚甲基蓝染料废水的影响。并结合气体放电理论对不同电极结构下介质阻挡放电的等离子体形成机制进行了分析。研究结果发现:电极结构的变化会影响亚甲基蓝染料废水的降解效果;随着铜网电极目数的增加,铜网铜线密度的增加,等离子体放电由离散型向类弥散型过度,等离子体的均匀性增加,亚甲基蓝的降解率增加。一级反应动力学常数k也增加,单位时间内亚甲基蓝的降解速率增加;溶液的pH值更小,电导率更大,溶液COD值更小,对亚甲基蓝的降解效果更好。同等条件下,铜片电极对亚甲基蓝的降解效果优于铜网电极的降解效果。In this paper,the dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma technology is used with 20,80,150,200 meshes copper mesh and copper sheet as electrodes to study the effect of different electrode structure on degradation of methylene blue dye waste water by DBD plasma through investigating the degradation rate of methylene blue,the first⁃order kinetic constant k,pH value,conductivity as well as COD value.Based on the gas discharge theory,the plasma formation mechanism of dielectric barrier discharge with different electrode structures is analyzed.It is found by the study result that the change of electrode structure will affect the degradation effect of methylene blue dye wastewater.With the increase of mesh number and copper line density of copper mesh,the plasma discharge is tran⁃sited from discrete type to quasi⁃discrete type.The uniformity of plasma is increased and the degradation rate of meth⁃ylene blue is also increased.The first⁃order kinetic constant k is increased,the degradation rate of methylene blue is also increased in unit time.The pH value of the solution is lower,the conductivity is higher,and the COD value of the solution is lower,and the degradation effect of methylene blue is better.Under the same conditions,the degrada⁃tion of methylene blue by copper sheet electrode is superior to that by copper mesh electrode.
