摘 要:随着绿色发展理念的深入,各地环境规制的增强,为研究环境规制与省际知识溢出和区域绿色创新绩效的非直接关联特征,本文选取2005—2019年中国30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,运用核密度函数模型描绘区域绿色创新绩效的演变规律;以环境规制为门槛,构建省际知识溢出与区域绿色创新绩效的非线性面板回归模型。研究结果显示:区域总体绿色创新绩效水平逐年上升,区域差距呈扩大趋势,级化现象减弱。在环境规制双重门槛作用下,省际知识溢出对区域绿色创新绩效呈显著正向影响,促进作用先降后升,门槛效应的时空和政策异质性明显。本文研究为环境规制、省际知识溢出和区域绿色创新绩效提出实证建议,为进一步提升区域绿色创新绩效提供启示。With the popularization of the concept of green development and the enhancement of environmental regu-lations in various regions,to explore the indirect correlation among environmental regulations,inter-provincial knowledge spillovers,and regional green innovation performance,based on panel data from 2005 to 2019 of 30 provinces,including municipalities and autonomous regions,in China,the kernel density function model is em-ployed in this study to explain the evolution of regional green innovation performance.In addition,a nonlinear pan-el regression model of the inter-provincial knowledge spillovers and regional green innovation performance is con-structed by taking environmental regulations as the threshold.The research results indicate that the overall perform-ance level of regional green innovation is rising every year,with the regional gap widening and the hierarchical phe-nomenon weakening.Affected by the dual threshold of environmental regulations,the inter-provincial knowledge spillovers show a significantly positive impact on the regional green innovation performance,as the promotion effect drops first and then rises.The threshold effect bears obvious temporal,spatial,and policy heterogeneities.The conclusions of the research can provide empirical suggestions for environmental regulations,inter-provincial knowl-edge spillovers,and regional green innovation performance and provides enlightenment for further improving the performation of regional green innovation。
