摘 要:为明确T622受阻胺光稳定剂(T622)对基质沥青抗紫外老化性能的影响效应,制备了T622延衰改性沥青。基于沥青三大指标对紫外老化处理后的沥青基础性能进行研究,采用布氏黏度试验分析其表观黏度,借助热重红外联用技术评价了基质沥青和改性沥青的热物性能和官能团组成。试验结果表明:T622改性剂的掺加能够显著降低紫外老化作用对基质沥青基础性能的影响,明显提高沥青的表观黏度,有效改善了沥青材料的抗紫外老化性能;基质沥青的最大红外吸收峰出现的温度、初始分解温度及官能团指数随老化时间的延长而大幅升高,而T622改性沥青的相关指标均保持在稳定范围内,且官能团指数小于基质沥青,从微观层面验证了T622改性沥青优异的抗紫外老化性能。In order to clarify the effect of T622 hindered amines light stabilizer(T622)on the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of base asphalt,T622 decay-delayed modified asphalt was prepared.Based on the three major indicators of asphalt,the basic properties of asphalt after UV aging treatment were studied,the apparent viscosity was analyzed by Brookfield viscosity test,and the thermophysical properties and functional group composition of base asphalt and modified asphalt were evaluated by means of thermogravimetric and infrared combined technology.The test results show that the addition of T622 modifier can significantly reduce the influence of ultraviolet aging on the basic properties of the base asphalt,significantly increase the apparent viscosity of the asphalt,and effectively improve the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of the asphalt material.The maximum infrared absorption peak temperature,initial decomposition temperature and functional group index of the base asphalt increases significantly with the aging time,while the relevant indexes of T622 modified asphalt remains in a stable range,and the functional group index is smaller than that of the base asphalt,which verifies from the microscopic level the excellent anti-ultraviolet aging performance of T622 modified asphalt.
