健康产业投入产出表编制及健康产业增加值测算方法与实证

摘　　要：为反映《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》及各项健康产业政策实施效果,全面摸清健康产业发展规模,文章探索建立了基于健康产业4部门投入产出表的健康产业增加值测算方法体系,并选取中国和四川省作为试算地区,对构建的健康产业增加值测算方法进行实验性研究。测算结果显示:2017年中国健康产业增加值为60873.2亿元,占GDP的比重为7.36%,四川省健康产业增加值为2729.9亿元,占GDP的比重为7.38%,健康产业增加值占GDP的比重与国际上发达国家相比还有差距,健康产业发展空间极大。结果表明:对国家健康产业统计分类的调整优化依据充分,利用2017年中国和四川省投入产出数据编制的中国和四川省健康产业4部门投入产出表具有可行性。In order to reflect the implementation effect of Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan and various health industry policies,and get a comprehensive picture of the development scale of the health industry,this paper explores and establishes a method system for calculating the added value of health industry based on the input-output table of four sectors of health industry,and selects China and Sichuan Province as the trial regions to carry out experimental research on the established calculation method for health industry added value.The calculation results show that in 2017,the added value of China’s health industry was 608732 billion yuan,accounting for 7.36%of GDP,and that the added value of Sichuan’s health industry was 272.99 billion yuan,accounting for 7.38%of GDP.There is still a gap between the proportion of the added value of health industry in GDP and that of developed countries in the world,and the health industry has great room for development.The results show that the adjustment and optimization basis of the national statistical classification of health industry is sufficient,and that the input-output table of the four sectors of health industry of China and Sichuan Province compiled by using the input-output data of China and Sichuan Province in 2017 is feasible.
