摘　　要：研究型病房作为医院贯彻新发展理念、创新管理体制和构建新发展格局的重要建设内容,尽管得到了政府高度重视和政策的有力保障,但对于它从理论到实践的相关研究,国内外鲜有报道。根据研究型病房背景与定位,依托医院分布与构成的调研,围绕规划布局、完善支撑服务体系、队伍建设和推动成果转化4个方面对我国研究型病房建设的现状进行梳理。在此基础上,分析其规划布局和人才建设上的政策利好以及在完善支撑服务体系和推动成果转化上的权责不清、转化全流程法规不清、人才队伍缺乏标准化建设范式等问题。通过政策的推进与资源的整合,有望解决目前面临问题,突破国内创新药械临床研发瓶颈,加快推动研究型医院病房的产业升级。Research-oriented wards are an important construction component for hospitals to implement new development concepts,innovate management systems,and build a new development patterns.Although they have received high attention from the government and strong policy support,there are few reports on related research from theory to practice both domestically and internationally.This article,based on the background and positioning of research-oriented wards and relying on the investigation of hospital distribution and composition,sorts out the current status of research-oriented ward construction in China from four aspects:planning and layout,improving the support service system,team building,and promoting achievement transformation.Additionally,it analyzed the policy advantages in planning and layout and talent development,as well as the problems of unclear responsibilities in improving the support service system and promoting achievement transformation,unclear regulations for the entire transformation process,and lack of standardized construction models for talent teams,etc.Through policy promotion and resource integration,it is expected that these problems will be addressed,the bottleneck of clinical research and development of innovative drugs in China will be broken through,and the industrial upgrading of research-oriented hospital wards will be accelerated.
