摘　　要：基层发射台站通过“数字”赋能“智慧广电”建设,不论何时何地,都能对发射机的运行状况了然于心,将人从繁杂的值班过程中解脱出来。数字地面电视成为基层发射台站发展创新和竞争的前沿阵地,从网络化向数字化、智能化进阶的新阶段,通过案例分析去找寻其中的关节点,研究传统媒体面临的典型性问题,推动智慧广电高质量发展。Through the construction of"digital"enabling"smart radio and television",grass-roots transmitting stations can have a clear understanding of the operation status of transmitters at any time and place,and free people from the complicated duty process.Expected and urged,digital terrestrial television has become the forefront of the development,innovation and competition of grass-roots transmitting stations,which is a new stage from networking to digitization and intelligence.Through case analysis,we will find the joint point,study the typical problems faced by traditional media,and discover and promote the high-quality development of smart radio and television.
